| In 1910 Frank Snow began making delicious ice cream in Pumpkin Hollow
outside Conway, MA. He soon earned a reputation, throughout the Connecticut
River, for his superior quality frozen deserts.
Frank moved his production to the current home of Snow's Nice Cream
on School Street in Greenfield in 1923. He then passed his recipes down
to his son Tommy. Tom continued the same high standard of excellence for
another 60 years, teaching us everything he knew about making ice cream.
When Tommy retired in 1985, he handed these recipes on to our family. Kevin
picked up where Tommy left off, and we are proud to offer you the same
high quality, locally produced ice cream in the Snow's family tradition.
We continue to manufacture a nice variety of traditional and new flavors.
Watch the store shelves, and this site, for exciting springtime additions! |
