Our locally roasted, fresh ground, organic coffees are available in three varieties each day.They come from sources that are fair traded, and mostly shade grown. Dean's Beans, a local roaster in New Salem, MA, and Pierce Brothers Coffee in Greenfield, roast our coffee, with some special dark blends for our customers' sophisticated palates. Throughout the day we have a light lunch menu, too. There's our award winning vegetarian chili, as well as soups, bagels and cream cheeses, egg sandwiches, hot and cold sandwiches and wraps and burgers.
